Hello Kitty Gotochi Charm Keychain Sanrio - Fukushima Noguchi Hideo

A Hello Kitty Gotochi charm keychain honoring Noguchi Hideyo, the Fukushima-born bacteriologist who studied yellow fever and appeared on the 1,000 yen note.

Gotochi ("local") Kitty designs are made as regional limited editions and sold mainly in souvenir shops in their own area, which makes them popular with collectors around the world.

Brand new and unused, from a Japanese shop's original stock of earlier-release designs. Because these were kept in a shop for some time, the packaging may show minor shelf wear.
