Hello Kitty Gotochi Charm Keychain Sanrio - Yamagata Hanagasa

A Hello Kitty Gotochi charm keychain celebrating Yamagata's Hanagasa Festival, held every August, when dancers parade with straw hats decorated with red safflowers.

Gotochi ("local") Kitty designs are made as regional limited editions and sold mainly in souvenir shops in their own area, which makes them popular with collectors around the world.

Brand new and unused, from a Japanese shop's original stock of earlier-release designs. Because these were kept in a shop for some time, the packaging may show minor shelf wear.
