A Hello Kitty Gotochi mini towel celebrating Tokushima's Awa Odori, the famous Obon dance festival held every August, when groups of dancers and musicians fill the streets.

Gotochi ("local") Kitty designs are made as regional limited editions and sold mainly in souvenir shops in their own area, which makes them popular with collectors around the world.
